The sending of the material will be realized, once effected the payment, in a term not superior to 7 days (for measures standard).

CLAIMS OF MATERIAL RECEIVED:
If you receive the package with signs of having been tampered with or beaten indicate on the delivery of the carrier does not sign a delivery without incident and have indicated the presence of this always.

RETURNS
As mandated by the law 26/1991 of Nov. 21 on contracts concluded away from business establishments, we recognize the right to claim the contract without having to allege any reason, within a maximum of 7 days after the counting receipt of the order.
